**Dietrick Hardwick is identified in the current project instruction as:**

	●	person responsible for validating and ratifying the proposed corpus;

The supplied founding materials are treated as authoritative regarding the project’s principles. One attached file contains a different authorial name, “Dietrick ‘Deke’ Pennington.” That historical text has not been changed. New work uses **Dietrick Hardwick because that is the current express instruction. The identity relationship and any legal/public-name correction remain for founder confirmation.**

**Kyros, an OpenAI Codex agent, contributed under Dietrick Hardwick’s direction:**

The project deliberately reuses and maps established work:

	●	nanopublications for atomic assertion/provenance packaging;

	●	NIST and IPCC disciplines for uncertainty disclosure;  
	●	RO-Crate for portable research-object packaging;  
	●	SCITT/content-addressed patterns for optional transparency;  
	●	established evidence synthesis practices for duplicate-report and source-reuse handling.  
  
Adjacent projects and publications include Micropublications, Evidence Graph Ontology (EVI), ProVe, and domain-specific versioned claim-governance work. Therefore, the intended priority claim is narrow:  
  
> As of the recorded preparation date, Interveil Alpha documents and implements Interveil’s particular product contract—Loss Ledger, Provenance Frontier, forbidden epistemic collapses, source-dependency-aware evidence counting, multidimensional assessment receipts, and lens-stable/versioned AI rendering—within one inspectable, domain-agnostic Truth Object profile.  
  
That statement is an authorship and implementation record. “First,” “unique,” “patentable,” and “freedom to operate” require an independent search and qualified legal analysis.  
  
**Recommended public-record sequence**  
  
The founder should complete these actions after reviewing the release:  
  
	1.	Record a signed ratification event naming the exact MANIFEST.sha256 hash.  
	2.	Publish the release archive, white paper, schema, context, and example Truth Object at stable HTTPS URLs with a visible publication date.  
	3.	Create an immutable repository release or institutional archive deposit and retain its timestamp/DOI if available.  
	4.	Sign the manifest with a founder-controlled key; optionally obtain a trusted timestamp or transparency receipt.  
	5.	Preserve every later correction as a new release rather than replacing 0.2.0.  
	6.	Have counsel review copyright ownership, founder-name consistency, trademark availability, open-source licensing, patent strategy, and third-party source rights before commercial reliance.  
  
Public posting can establish evidence of disclosure and chronology; it can also affect patent rights in some jurisdictions. The sequence should therefore be reviewed against the founder’s IP strategy before broad publication.
